Last week I hurt my back paw some how and I didn't want no one to touch it, but Bob and Monika gently checked it and I raised a big fuss. Monika said it looked like my claws were gone, but it was just because my paw was swollen. She checked again the next day and she could see them. It still bothers me a little now, but I am letting them touch it as long as they are careful.

Crunbs, I wonder how many people are aware of this. Here in the UK there has been a big initiative over a number of years to rid buildings of asbestos, but one wonders how much is still there in old private houses.
